This property has two levels, main level has three spacious bedrooms and one full bathroom with a bath tub. The open floor plan is ideal for families coming to visit and there is also an air conditioner adding to the comfort of the room. The kitchen has an island providing extra space if you love to cook and there is also a dishwasher making the cleaning convenient. There are two fridges, one upstairs, one downstairs.

The deck coming off the dining around allows you to enjoy the serenity of trees and nature, guests can choose to sit on the bench or the comfortable cushioned chairs supplied.

For large families coming to visit there is a downstairs area that has its own lounge area, dining table, bedroom, bathroom and access to the back yard where there is a table and chairs to sit out in the sun.

Hyland Park is only 10 minutes from Nambucca Heads and 40 minutes from Coffs Harbour giving you the seclusion of being out of town, but the convenience of the town being close by.

    Even though it was an older style home everything worked.
    Down stairs smelt a bit damp but once we opened the house up it was not as bad.
    When we arrived the house was clean in some what way found food crumbs in the lounge sand throughout dust underneath things and cobwebs inside.
    Place would be better having a vacuum instead of a broom.
    The big tree out has a large amount of wasps we were really unable to go out there through the day.
