Kute Beach Shack

This cosy property has an open floor plan including the kitchen, dining and lounge area. Throughout the house there is an air conditioner and ceiling fans maximizing comfort for tenants. With its own electronic blinds is the deck situated at the front of the property that overlooks the park land and distant mountain view's creating a tranquil atmosphere. There are two bedrooms that both have built-in wardrobes being convenient for holiday guests. The main bedroom has access to the two-way bathroom, there is also a separate toilet accessible for tenants when the bathroom is occupied. At the back of the property there is a private outdoor area where you can sit back and relax or entertain. 

In a perfect position at Valla Beach is this property, being close to the beach, walking distance from the café, and across the road there is a playground, skate park and ball court. Valla is a quiet town that is only a 10-minute drive to Nambucca Heads and 30 minutes from Coffs Harbour.

  Overall the experience was good, however, we are unlikely to rent the place again because of the requirements to drop the keys off in Numbacca.
  We left the property early on Sunday so were able to leave the keys in the locker, however, there is a requirements to drop them off in the office when you leave on weekdays. This potentially adds 20 min to your trip home.
  The entry door lock is very stiff.
