This beautiful weatherboard home is ideally positioned on the eastern side of town with only a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Nambucca Heads. Shops, cafes, clubs, schools and the CBD area are all close by.

Upon entering the property you are greeted by the large front porch, perfect for enjoying the cool sea breeze on a sunny afternoon. The combined living/dining area is flooded with great natural light and this flows into the well appointed galley-style kitchen, including dishwasher. The property features timber floorboards throughout. Situated on a corner block with double garage and fully fenced back and front yards perfect for pets.

  Reading over all the reviews I can honestly say that all of the feedback from previous tenants has been taken on board and updated. (Apart from the ongoing arguing and bad language from the neighbours) 😂

  When we stayed at this property 12 months ago, I began to experience terrible back pain a few days into our stay. In March this year I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma (bone cancer). The treatment I've received this year has shrunk the tumors on my vertebrae making life a lot more comfortable. On this stay I was surprised to find that the back pain returned after a couple of nights of sleeping in the queen size bed in the main bedroom. I moved to the lower bed in the 2nd bedroom and the back pain disappeared. On close inspection of the queen size bed in the main bedroom, it does appear to have a few issues which would probably be remedied with a new mattress. Apart from that we had a great stay at 2 Bellinger St.

  The accommodation was perfect if you have pets with a large backyard for them to run around in. The home had everything you need for your stay, bed was comfortable, home was clean and tidy and kitchen had the basics. The home was in good location with shops nearby. Check in was easy and communication with the real estate was excellent. I had asked for the grass to be cut snd this was attended to as quick as possible. I would suggest placing a screen door on the back door as it was not able yo be left open due to flies coming in. I would suggest some air conditioning be installed as the age of the home does not have any insulation in the walls making the home quite warm inside even with fans. At times, it was unpleasant especially with the high humidity experienced during our stay. Overall, the home was fine for what we needed as we were travelling north and wanted to stop in Nambucca Heads for a few days.

  Plenty of backyard space for my dogs, and loved the fact that there was a second gate on the verandah so dogs could be outside and secure, but separate from the backyard and any possible escape attempts. A tip for people staying with pets would be to have some little padlocks for extra security, so no one walking past can open the gates and potentially let dogs out.
  While staying we had a fair few bugs, including ants all over the kitchen. I'd also have hoped the place would be a little cleaner.
  Also I would recommend replacing the chairs on the balcony at the back, as 3 out of 4 were broken in some way, which was disappointing because it would have been nice to sit out there in the sunshine.
  Overall it was a nice place, especially if you have pets.

  The house was beautiful and clean. Everything you needed was there. The kids loved that netflix was available. Short drive to the beach as it rained the whole time however we could have easily walked.
  The only thing I could suggest is a 2nd pillow on the main bed and maybe looking to screen the toilet as we found heaps of bugs especially mozzie liked to come through the gaps of the lovers but they didn't bother us.
  Loved the little verandah out the front. The owners have done a great job of decorating and keeping this home up to date.

  The house was in a great location close to everything small but cosy clean and tidy great for the dogs but front fences and front gate need some work as gate hard to open also lounges could do with an upgrade very uncomfortable sunken but we will most likely be back when we get time in the future for another holiday thanks for our stay
