The furnishings have been considered in order for you to set and forget, relax, unwind and cherish those valuable holiday memories.

The self contained apartment boasts a sleek, fully equipped laundry which will help for stress free vacationing allowing for the availability of those fluffy dry beach towels for the next day of adventure.

Speaking of adventure, step outside and immerse yourself in nature. wander the iconic V Wall path as it hugs the Nambucca River stopping for a riverside breakfast or cool off with a dip at one of the many spots along the way. The V Wall can be discovered with only a short 3 minute commute by car.

Within 15 minutes along a flat level walking path, you can explore some of the local shops and family friendly eateries of Nambucca Heads. The Nambucca Heads Surf club, a short 3 minute drive, perched high on the golden sands of Main Beach will delight you with the magnificent views from the balcony. Treat yourself to your favourite beverage and enjoy the slower pace of holiday living.

Whether you are here to fish, snorkel in the crystal clear water ways, or simply enjoying local parks, Mother Nature has provided the perfect playground. you are truly spoilt for choice with Nambucca's stretch of Pristine beaches and family friendly amenities.

  Location of the property is good with some ocean views. Instructions for arrival and departure were clear and precise.
  We were disappointed to find the garbage bin in the bathroom had not been emptied; we had to wash the frypan and oven trays before use as they still had oil on it; the BBQ was also dirty so we didn’t use it; the dishwasher needs some rinse aid; there were no garbage bags available.

  We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Retreat.
  The apartment was clean, spacious, and recently renovated.
  The location was great and views of the ocean and river a bonus.
  
  The beds were comfortable, with good pillows and linen. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets.
  
  Our only issue was one roll of toilet paper supplied for a 4 night stay and no soap or body wash. The little extras that are generally given would lift the property to the next level :)
